The Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command, CP Ahmed Muhammed Sanusi, has conducted a security assessment visit to Kuchi-Bena Village and Winning Court Estate, Lifecamp, to evaluate the security situation and reinforce deployments in the areas.

During the visit, the CP carried out an on-the-spot assessment of the security architecture within the community.

He inspected a newly established Police Outpost provided by the estate and directed the deployment of additional personnel to effectively man the facility and enhance operational efficiency.
In a bid to promote peaceful coexistence, the CP scheduled a meeting with community leaders of Kuchi-Bena Village and residents of Winning Court Estate to explore measures aimed at strengthening community – estate relations and mediating existing tensions between indigenes and estate residents.

Furthermore, the CP, according to a statement by SP Josephine Adeh, Police Public Relations Officer, FCT Police Command, and made available to Security Watch Africa (SWA), has ordered intelligence-led raids and intensified anti-crime patrols within the area to forestall criminal activities and ensure a sustained security presence.
“Residents of the FCT are enjoined to remain vigilant and promptly report suspicious persons or activities to the nearest Police Station or through the FCT Police Command emergency lines: 08032003193, 08061581938,” it stated.
