The Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory, CP Miller G. Dantawaye, has strenthened collaborative ties with security agencies.
On this drive, he paid courtesy visits to key heads of sister security agencies in Abuja on Thursday 22nd October, 2025.

Persons visited included the Commander Guards Brigade, Brig. Gen. Adebisi Onasanya; Commander Naval Base Abuja, Commodore O.E. Oladipo; Commander 053 NAF Camp, Group Capt. H.S. Ibrahim; and the Commandant NSCDC FCT Command, Dr. Olusola Odumosu.
The visits, according to a statement by SP Josephine Adeh, Police Public Relations Officer, FCT Police Command, and made available to Security Watch Africa (SWA), were part of his ongoing familiarisation tour, aimed at deepening inter-agency collaboration, intelligence sharing, and joint operational strategies to enhance the security architecture of the FCT.
CP Dantawaye reiterated that effective policing and national security thrive on unity of purpose among all security stakeholders.
He commended the continuous cooperation between the agencies and emphasised the need for sustained synergy in tackling emerging threats across the Territory.
Each of the Commanders expressed strong commitment to supporting the Police and sustaining joint efforts in maintaining peace and stability within the nation’s capital.
The visits ended with renewed pledges of collaboration and mutual respect among the security formations.
