He is constructing roads in areas hitherto feared and known as kidnappers den.
In a video sighted by Security Watch Africa (SWA), he said, “This road Is a thick forest where kidnappers used to keep people, no access here, security people cannot come here.

“These areas have been opened up and now offer no more cover to such criminals.
“So God use us to open all these roads, one of the roads, out of almost 100 we have created.
“This is not a single project, but a series of road networks executed in phases, from Phase 1 through Phase 5, strategically designed to open up the community and improve access,” he stated.
The project were been carried out through the use of millions of naira invested from the king’s personal resources.
“The roads have effectively mapped out the town, signposting the emergence of new cities in Eleme, while giving more value to the land.
“Plots that were sold for as cheap as two hundred thousand naira only a few years ago, are now worth millions, affording landowners the opportunity to grow wealth from the sale of their land; thereby empowering the people,”
Adding value to the roads created by King Appolus Chu, the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has tarred some of the roads created earlier.
With the roads offering strategic connections to industrial areas like the Indorama Petrochemical Complex and Onne Sea Port, residential areas within Eleme and the neighboring local government area of Oyigbo, the Rivers State Government has taken up the tarring of one of the newly created roads, while the Federal Government has sent a team to conduct inspections of the ongoing roads project.

Speaking on medicinal roots in the area, the Royal Father said “These are roots, very, very good for man, and also very good for the tommy and children. And this one is the mother of the land. It’s always inside the ground and it looks like potato, but it is not potato. It’s medicinal.
On the various projects he is embarking on, he said “There are many people that God would have used to achieve this dream. That he decided to choose me is my honour and privilege. I am grateful for the opportunity, and will continue to devote myself to creating avenues to make life better for our people and settlers in our midst,” King Appolus Chu stated.
